Facing Death
We endure pain and suffering ourselves
We ride the waves of highs and lows ourselves
Due to our past actions and deeds - our karma
Our loved ones
Cannot suffer the pain that we endure
No matter how much they love us
They can only watch with sympathy
When facing death
Our material wealth
Our love and hate relationships with others
Seem so insignificant
We have to leave them behind
We have to completely
Let go of them
The only thing that matters
Is how we live our lives
Which will determine our next life
We come to this world
