We are coming back again
To the beautiful peninsular
Glorious sunny day
Blue sky
Cotton wool clouds spreading up high
Gentle breeze
We walk along the tracks
Towards the Cape
We climb down the endless wooden steps
Climbing down, down, down
Our spirits go up, up, up
We climb down to the rocks
Catching the waves thundering down the caves
Catching the waves roaring down the rocks
Catching the waves creating rock pools
I sit on a big rock
A sense of calm is in the air
A sense of timelessness is in the air
Time stands still
The barrier between humans and nature dissolves
A sense of unity is here
My heart is touched by the peace
I feel grateful to you, sea and land
You give me peace
You give everyone here peace
You allow everyone to know peace

I have learned from visiting you
Your vastness reminds me
