The meaning of emptiness
The meaning of form
What they can mean in my everyday life?
Master, master, please show me!
My disciple,
Take a look at every thing around you
Things are constantly changing
Nothing is permanent
This is what we call emptiness
Matter does have form if you look at it
The object is actually there
This is called form
That is why
Form is emptiness
Emptiness is form
Master, Master
It sounds strange
Emptiness and form
Form and emptiness
How can knowing that make any difference to my life?
My disciple
When a sad event happens in your life
View it as constantly changing
View it as the passing clouds
Sadness is impermanent
You will be calm
When a happy event happens in your life
View it as constantly changing
View it as the appearance of the rainbow
Enjoy the beauty but acknowledge it's short life
The happiness is impermanent
You will be calm
Do not be attached to happy events
Do not be too sorrowful over sad events
For all are lessons of life
Such an outlook creates peace within
